SAP solutions overview - "old" modules and actual names

In the latest years SAP AG has changed many times the names for the solutions they provide.
Most of the people are used to the old names of the SAP ERP Modules: FI, CO, SD, MM, PP, PM, LE, QM, HR, BW, etc.
While most of the people still use the old names, the names of the "old" modules become less and less relevant.
This is why I decided to make a list of the current names that are used for the SAP Solutions.
