Information collected automatically
- Standard log information — like most websites, we record basic request information (page requested, browser type, referring page, approximate location, timestamp) for security, abuse prevention, and analytics. This information is retained for a limited period.
- Cookies and similar technologies — see Section 3.
2. How we use your information

- To send you the newsletters you've subscribed to, and occasional service messages (e.g. account-related notifications).
- To respond to your contact form submissions and editorial enquiries.
- To detect, prevent, and address abuse, fraud, security incidents, and violations of our terms.
- To measure aggregate site usage and improve performance and content.
- To display relevant advertising and measure its performance.
3. Cookies, analytics, and advertising
OneStopSAP uses cookies and similar technologies to enable basic site functions (such as keeping you logged in and remembering your preferences), to measure how the site is used, and to support advertising. The categories of cookies in use include:
- Strictly necessary — required for the site to function (session, security, load balancing).
- Analytics — we use Google Analytics to understand how visitors interact with the site (pages viewed, traffic sources, approximate location, device type, time on page). Google Analytics uses cookies and may set a randomly-generated identifier in your browser. We use the data in aggregate to improve the site. You can opt out of Google Analytics tracking using the Google Analytics Opt-Out Browser Add-on.
- Advertising — OneStopSAP displays advertising delivered by Google Ads (AdSense) and other reputable third-party advertising partners. These partners may use cookies and similar technologies to:
- show ads that are more relevant to your interests based on your visits to this and other websites;
- measure ad performance (impressions, clicks);
- cap the number of times you see the same ad.
You can control or disable cookies through your browser settings. Disabling cookies may affect site functionality.
4. How we share your information
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We share information only in these limited cases:
- Service providers — we use trusted third-party providers to operate the site, deliver email, serve and measure advertising, and detect abuse. These providers process information on our behalf and are bound by appropriate confidentiality and data-protection terms.
- Advertising partners — see Section 3.
- Legal compliance — when required by law, court order, or government request, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of OneStopSAP, our users, or others.
- Aggregated or de-identified data — we may share aggregate statistics that do not identify any individual user.
5. Children's privacy
OneStopSAP is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.
6. Data retention
We retain personal information only as long as needed to provide the service and meet legal obligations. Newsletter subscriptions are retained until you unsubscribe. Member account data is retained while your account is active. Contact form submissions are retained for a reasonable period for response and follow-up. Standard log data is retained for a limited period.
7. Security
We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal information from unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. Passwords are stored as one-way hashes and never in plain text. No method of transmission over the internet is fully secure, so absolute security cannot be guaranteed.
8. International users
OneStopSAP is operated from India. If you visit the site from outside India, your information may be transferred to, stored, and processed in India and other countries where our service providers operate. By using the site you consent to this transfer.
9. Your rights and choices
- Access and correction — you can request a copy of the personal information we hold about you, and ask us to correct it if it's wrong.
- Deletion — you can request deletion of your account and associated personal information.
- Newsletter opt-out — every newsletter email includes an unsubscribe link; you can also email us to be removed.
- Cookie and ad preferences — see Section 3 for opt-out links and browser controls.
- Do Not Track — our site currently does not respond to Do Not Track browser signals because no industry consensus on their interpretation has been reached.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or applicable law. When we make material changes, we'll update the "Last reviewed" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
