Our India's office is pioneered in quality IT education and placement services to qualified students. Our Indian center's mission is to "Build the bridge between universities and service industry". Today India is churning out more 400,000 engineering graduates (as of 2006), but only less than 20% of them are "employable" right out of the campus. As we all know, the large IT employers of Indian companies train thousands of the campus recruits to be able to make them "employable" on their client projects. This is a huge burden on these employers and painful for students who are left out of the campus recruitment process.

Does it mean that India Inc has enough "skilled" workers in their payroll? According toMcKinsey and Indian IT body Nasscom, by 2010 the labor market pressures could leave India facing a shortfall of 500,000 IT staff equipped with the skills to work in the offshore outsourcing industry. That means there are thousands of qualified engineering students trying to get into the market, but not able to do so because they are not "employable" on project without vigorous training!

IT Pundits Inc want to build the bridge by converting the "qualified" engineers to "employable" engineers. By helping the qualified engineers to be employable ones, we want to make a difference by adding value to our one of fastest growing industries.
