Designation: Project Coordinator – S&D Job Description: Understand clients requirements & support various procurement related projects Generate innovative ideas for process improvement Ability to impart successful projects across BTO accounts Generate Cost savings, FTE savings & achieve maximum clients satisfaction Sound knowledge in MS Excel & Power point There will be a high degree of interaction with the client. The client =Business Unit, Requestors & Vendor Managers Through knowledge of ( SAP ) Business warehouse in generating various procurement related reports Run SAP / BRIO reports to assist the Sourcing, Accounts Payable & Operations team.Desired Profile Good in presentation skills Perform and monitor the Telstra Procurement activity, as required according to established processes Development and Maintenance of Telstra Procurement Operations Procedures Manual Client/ Internal reports on a day to day basis. Consistently meet or exceed SLA's with the client Maintain a High Level of Core performance delivery, ensuring full implementation of documented policies, procedures and best working practices More than 2 years of desired experience required Required Skills - Technical and Non Technical Excellent understanding of procurement processes and tools including SAP ability to work with minimal management supervision.
