Designation: Officer - SAP Basis (Corporate office)
Job Description:
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Installation of SAP R/3.
Installation SAP BI, EP, XI Solution Manager
SAP Server Sizing.
System/Client Refresh.
Management of user Roles and Authorizations
User Management, User creation , User deletion/locking/restriction
Updating profiles ,Creating profiles , Modifying profiles
System Monitoring and troubleshooting
Installation of Patches using SPAM and plug-in using SAINT
Tuning and, configuring of work processes, creation of user master records and roles.
Kernel upgrade
Configuration of printers, system error log, short dumps for problem analysis.
TMS configuration.
SAP Licenses Management.
SAP transaction auditing
SAP Security with authorization
RFC connections/remote users
Solution manager installation.
Memory management.
Knowledge in SAPNET front end and SAP service market place
Setting up OSS router connection.
User and System Data Maintenance on OSS.
Ensure Database performance
Setting up backup, recovery and Security strategy.
Monitoring database, operating system, system monitoring.
BW Monitor and report
EP Monitor and report
Applying Java support patch.
Solution manager EWA Report Analysis.
Dump analysis with SAP all module.
Desired Profile
Designation : SAP Basis Administrator.
Qualification : Graduate with relevant IT qualification
Experience : At least 3 years of relevant experience in administering SAP Applications - ABAP/JAVA Stack administration (SAP Business Suite, SAP Basis, SAP Solution Manager, Portal, PI, Netweaver etc.,)
Technical Skills : SAP Basis and /or SAP Security – Strong Knowledge and Hands on experience of Technical Planning , Installations, Upgrades, Maintenance etc.,
Technically fluent in Windows Operating System, SQL Server 2008 administration, Solution Manager, hardware technologies and benchmarking of the same for SAP Applications
Experience: 2 - 4 Years
