Atleast one End-to-End implemention
Strong experience in core ABAP areas like Reports including ALV Reports, BDCs, Scripts, Smartforms and Enhancements
Should have hands-on expereince in ALE/IDocs
Should have hands-on experience or conceptual knowledge in Adobe Forms
Good Communication & Interpersonal Skills
Experience in client interactions and requirements gathering and analysis
MAJOR ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Extensive programming using SAP ABAP
Should handle Interfaces using ALE/IDocs
Should have hands-on/knowledge on Adobeforms
Acitve Participation in Requirements gathering and analysis
Transforming the Requirements into Technical Solutions
Ability to independently from the Requirements Analysis to Implementation
Take business requirements and effectively turn into functional as well as development specifications
Should be good at designing and proposing solutions
Good client communication skills
Communicate directly with business/Onsite co-coordinator/process owners to interpret requirements and collaborate test results
Worked in offshore-onsite model
Worked in Development/Support projects
