Job Description

Responsible for planning and executing SAP Implementation / Development / Support activities regard tSAP Plant Maintenance and Quality Management modules.

Understand client requirements, provide solutions, functional specifications and configure the system accordingly.

Ability tcreate presentation/workshop decks for Blueprint that need tbe conveyed and be able tpresent them tthe client.

Ability tcreate Process Flows in Microsoft Visio's for the client's proposed business processes.

Ability tcreate Process Definition Document / Design Document (PDD) and Business Process Procedure (BPP) for the solutions provided.

Ability tconfigure SAP PM (Plant Maintenance) & QM (Quality Management) and deliver work products / packages conforming tthe Client's Standards & Requirements.

Strong configuration hands on experience in Plant Maintenance and Quality Management modules

Integration of the PM and QM modules with other SAP modules and with external applications.

In addition tthe above the candidate should have been involved in the following during the life cycle of SAP implementation:

Unit Testing, Cycle Testing

Integration Testing

User Manual Preparation

User Support activities

Exposure tASAP and other structured implementation methodologies

Regularly interact with the onsite team/client

Provide status updates in daily/weekly conference calls

Maintain cordial relationship with onsite team/client

Skills/Experience Requirements:

MUST HAVE:

2 t4 years of functional domain experience and 3 t5 years of working on the PM module in SAP implementation projects

Implementation experience should be in version 4.7 upwards. ECC 6 would be a plus

Hands on experience in configuring / defining the following in the PM module:

Management of Technical Objects including Serial number management.

Equipments, Functional Locations, Bill of Materials etc

Material and Serial Number combination

Warranties

Work centers, classes and characteristics

Installed base

Measurement Point and documents

Maintenance management includes maintenance notification & order processing, Service agreements etc

Warranty management & Maintenance Planning

Task lists

Maintenance Items

Maintenance Plans

Knowledge of Integration points of PM module with other modules of SAP Resource Planning

Knowledge in Fleet Management

Work clearance Management

Workflow in PM

Standard reports usage

Hands on experience in configuring / defining the following in the QM module:

Inspection planning

Batch management

Quality inspection

Certificate of analysis and QM notifications

Interface tQM3 test equipment measurements

Should have good written and oral communication skills

Must be a good team player

Familiarity on the basic business processes with the following Functional Areas:

SAP PP processes

SAP EHS (at least in Label Management; Dangerous Goods handling and MSDS)

SAP MM

NICE THAVE

SAP Certification on PM Module

Knowledge in SAP EHS module

Used Solution Manager in the implementation

Worked on integration with other modules like FI/CO,PP,MM, SD

Experience in Collaboration Projects is added advantage

Training / Awareness on Net Weaver Components

Education: BE/BTech or equivalent or Post Graduation
