Expertise in Maintaining, supporting and troubleshooting issues in the production environment.
Responsible for completing assigned tasks on time and in a professional manner.
Actively involved in APissue resolutions, enhancements and project level initiatives. Support model involves support in Batch jobs, process chains and troubleshooting for BW, DP, SNP and PPDS modules along with CIF.
