Desired Candidate Profile

• Preferably someone who has worked in a large sized HR operations

• Should have the exposure of handling high volumes of day to day transactions, interaction with multiple

functions/stakeholders on a day to day basis.

• Process oriented: not only the one who can follow the processes but can also design, develop & re-engineer the processes.

• Candidate should have the desire & drive to work hard and go out of the way to support employees & the organization.

• Good communications skills, analytical skills, detail oriented, problem solver & process oriented, Good at MS office, Existing knowledge of SAP will be an added advantage.
