Designation:SAP HR ABAP Developer
Job Description
Work with HR Business Analysts to understand requirements, preparing technical specifications
• Analyze and translate functional specifications into SAP HR ABAP technical specifications
• Designs and develop HR ABAP programs to meet the required specifications using HR Logical Databases and HR Macros
• Extraction of data from SAP HR Info types, Time & Payroll Clusters and integration with ESS/MSS using RFC technology
• Enhance HR Infotypes, Design Pay slip forms and Create Custom Info types as per requirement
• Work on all aspects of HR ABAP programming viz Reports, Transactions, Dialog Programming, Smart Forms, etc.
• Identify system deficiencies/errors, develop and implement effective solutions
• Perform lifecycle activities like programming, unit testing, debugging & transports
• Guide and train other colleagues in the development of applications
Desired Profile • 2-4 years hands on experience in SAP HR ABAP programming
• Possess significant knowledge of SAP HR system architecture, Infotypes, HR actions, HR infogroups, etc.
• Proficient in HR Logical Databases, Time & Payroll clusters with exposure to Payroll, time schemas
• Experience in Form 16 and Digital Signature integration in forms
• Knowledge of conventional and HR ABAP programming tools and HR macros including Report and Transaction creation, Enhancements, Conversion Programs, Smart Forms
• Good team player, self-motivated, good communication skills, strong analytical skills and technical trouble-shooting skills and able to work under pressure and tight schedule
• A team player who is also able to work independently on problems and issues
Experience: 2 - 4 Years
Desired Profile
