CA / MBA Finance or equivalent from reputed university with good grades
MBA Insurance or Experience in Insurance Industry
4 to 8 Yrs. job experience in Insurance Industry with exposure to product launch, policy & premium management, branch establishment, etc.
Minimum 3 years of experience in implementing SAP Insurance modules; international exposure will be an advantage
Core Skills;
Experience in implementing following SAP solution for Insurance sector
FS Insurance (Industry Solution components):
Policy Management (FS-PM)
Claims Management (FS-CM)
Financial & Accounting (FI -CO)
Collections and Disbursements (FS-CD)
Incentive and Commission Management (FS-ICM)
Re-Insurance (FS-RI)
Marketing & Sales (FS -CRM)
Solution design skills in above functionalities of SAP Insurance.

Excellent written & verbal communication skills
Project estimation, proposal presentation, Mentoring
