Strong in Workflow administration and error handling 3. Strong Knowledge of BADIs and ABAP OO 6. Good Understanding of BRF based work-flow and development 7. Good understanding of business processes in various SAP modules ( MM, HR, e-recruit, ESS/MSS, SRM, MDM, FI,) 8. Good understanding of work flow integration with Portal and UWL

Responsibility of / Expectations from the Role 1 Development of Custom Workflow, Enhancement of Existing Work Flows 2 Development of BRF based work flows and Migration of Old Work Flows to BRF Based Work Flows. 3 Understand functional requirement and convert this into technical Design, with little or no supervision 4 Compliance to CMM Level 5, SIX Sigma processes and follow the set guidelines/standards 5 Must be able to manage change control and perform requirements/design documents management 6 Must be able to analyze complex problems, recommend alternatives, and implement solutions with minimal guidance 7 Must be able to communicate effectively Desired Candidate Profile Must-Have
