Job Description
1. Coordination: Close coordination with sales Teams, Accounts Dept., CFAs, Clients, Production Units, Logistic Dept. & Customer care department
2. Order Management: Punching orders in SAP, Sales Order processing, Dispatches (Domestic & Export)
3. Stock forecasting & Controlling
4.Follow-up for "C" Forms, Road Permit and TDS Form
5 MIS Reports: Weekly and Monthly Sales Reports, Target Vs Achievement, Aging stock Report, Monthly / Qtrly Sales Plan, Collection Report & Sales Analysis Reports
6. Customer Liaison: Ensuring customer complaints resolution, follow-up with service, monitor outstanding payments
