SAP BI

Experience: 2 to 4 yrs

Job Location: Mumbai

Work experience of 2 - 4 years in assigned SAP module(s) - SAPABAP BI/BW and monitoring

Desired skill: Assignments must be across the entire BW/BI scope and include all integration points in/out of the BW/BI. Act as an Offshore coordinator between AMC and GDC in assuring quality work results are delivered by the GDC as an end product,

Shall be responsible for SAP BI/BW transports, monitoring, development work

Overseas exposure will be an added advantage.

Responsibilities:

Able to successfully perform and deliver the functions of SAPABAP activities. He/she should develop personal knowledge around business process knowledge skills within the assigned proeject/AMC and the integration points between the BW and other SAP and non-SAP interfaces. Change Requests, Transports, Process chain monitoring, system performance improvement, and have hand-on knowledge on BI related

Take initiatives to get involved in secondary Roles to contribute to overall Organization Objectives

Provide Training to the GDC Team Members as required. Participate actively in the mentoring of team members and customers on the business processes implemented

Responsible for the achievement of BW Team and GDC KPIs/ SLAs agreed to with its customers.

ABAP-BW/BI - ABAP program and user exit coding, start/end routine, update rule, transfer rule, info package routine construction

Data Load and monitoring
Analyze, participate and solve Application Problems and suggest workaround solutions whenever possible.
Ensuring Delivery of Developments in time (delivery schedule)

Ability to develop self knowledge and skills and to share knowledge and train peers on the processes of the GDC. The knowledge gained will be documented within the GDC knowledge database to ensure the sharing of all information.

Monitor and recommend system performance parameters
