his workshop is kindly being hosted by Vestas, a best practice leader in analytics. Our focus will be "Innovative Analytics":
• Understand: how can you move from descriptive to predictive analytics and better understand certain workforce patterns?
• Accelerate: how can you use new technology like in-memory computing to get better and faster insights into your workforce?
• Visualize: how can you better visualize workforce data and share results with the business, e.g. using dashboards and HR cockpits?
• Innovate: what is it we want to measure next? Diversity, impact of mail communication on performance, multi-generation workforce: what´s next?
• Impact: how can you leverage your analytics insights and feed workforce intelligence into the business to create an impact
The SAP Best Practice Workshop for HR is an integral part of the Executive Value Network, a business community of practice for the Chief HR Officers and Senior HR Executives of SAP's strategic customers that supports their journey to become Best Run.
Customers learn from one another's transformation journeys so they can do what they do best – better. Since its inception in 2004, several hundred executives have participated in our roundtables and workshops.
The events and discussions do not focus on software implementations, but the broader business transformations that executives drive. The network is a highly effective platform for an open exchange about what works and what does not in practice.
