SAP Active Global Support Organization Honored With STAR Award for Service Excellence
The SAP® Active Global Support (SAP AGS) organization has been honored by the Technology Services Industry Association (TSIA) with a STAR Award for Service Excellence in Partner Management. STAR awards recognize technology companies that display exceptional leadership, innovation, and commitment in service excellence.
SAP received the award for its holistic partner support program, in recognition of its excellence in promoting a partner-centric culture, establishing common business drivers, incorporating appropriate partner selection standards, and offering comprehensive partner training and certifications. The award also acknowledges SAP's incentives, communications, knowledge sharing, support infrastructure, performance metrics, and customer and business impacts.
TSIA is the technology services industry's largest association, comprising more than 50,000 members in 80 countries.
