M.COM with two to three years accounting / TDS exp / Tally qualified /SAP
Job Description

1. TDS Payment and updating Entries in TDS pack and filing of quarterly returns.

2. Payment of Services Tax with data collecting from Billing Dept and reconcile with SAP

3. Calculation of Interest on Cash Credit accounts

4. Submitting of Compliance Report for Statutory payments

5. TBEM data collection and Schedules preparation

6. Sodexho Gifts data collection from HR dept and updating in SAP and confirming closing balance with HR dept regularly.

7. Telephone reimbursement to employees as per policy.

8. Salary payment processing (on data received from Payroll) and correspondence with Bankers for timely credit of employee salaries & Full and Final Settlements verification and payment processing.

9. Preparation of Salary Provisions and Uploading of salary entries in SAP

10. Vendor's bills processing for Hyderabad, corporate on regular basis.

11. Preparation of Rent and Electricity Debit Notes on Monthly Basis

12. Schedules preparation for Internal & Statutory audits

13. Preparation of Monthly Stock Statements for UBI and repayment of debt statement for ICRA on monthly basis.

14. Verification of DCF and funds position on daily basis.

15. Payment of community initiatives

16. Maintain books of accounts of Good Health TPA services ltd

17. Arrangement of foreign currency to employees

18. Preparation of related party disclosures of group companies.

19. Correspondence with Banks.
