Job Description
MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB:
Contracting for all areas in LEPAC (Logistics and External Processing Agent Commercial)
KEY ACTIVITIES:
" Understanding business needs
" Planning
" Purchase Requisition
" Request For Quotes
" Identifying and empanelling qualified vendors
" Supplier Communication
" Supplier Management, Analysis of data from SAP / VTS
" Negotiations & " Contracting
" Order generation in SAP
" Communication with F&A
" Communication with Users
" Internal Customer relationship management
" Preparation of MIS / EIS for the Group
" Review of contracts
END RESULTS:
* Timely conversion of Customers requirement to Orders
Desired Profile
Graduate in any discipline of Engineering: Engineer with MBA preferred.
Experience: Minimum 2 years of relevant work Experience in the following functions:- Sourcing & Supply Chain management (Procurement Division function), Manufacturing / Operations, Marketing & Sales, Expert / Technology groups, TQM / Improvement initiatives. Working knowledge of SAP / contracting and statutory levies.
