Responsible for supporting the Oracle Business Intelligence and SAP Business One. And ensuring their performance, availability and security.
Duties and Responsibilities
Responsible for ensuring availability and performance of the databases that support the system.
To proactively monitor the applications to ensure secure services with minimum downtime.
Responsible for problem escalation to Oracle BI and SAP
Responsible for enhancements as requested by users or Syrma management.
Skills / Attributes Required
Experience of working on "Oracle BI Enterprise Edition" or "Oracle BI Standard Edition One" project..
Experience of database systems, preferably SQL Server
Knowledge of SAP Business One an advantage ( This person will be trained on SAP B1 by our team so this is not a must have criteria)
