Designation:

Process Associate

Job Description:

1. To work closely with all team members and RSC to ascertain the journals to be created and posted.

2. To prepare reconciliations as per schedule adhering to all Sox controls.

3. To focus on meeting business users requirements and exceeding their expectations.

4. To have a very strong focus on the quality of the data and an eye for detail .

5. To co-ordinate and work closely with the AP team, AR teams to ensure smooth and effective work.

6. To ensure Sox effectiveness.

Desired Profile :

• Accounting knowledge and financial analysis - full or part-qualified accountancy qualification an advantage

• Strong Self management skills with clear objectives and action plans

• Ability to communicate clearly

• Good customer service sense and ability to deal with all levels of organization both internal and external

• Good knowledge of Excel and Proven problem solving skills

• Strong written and verbal communication skills and qualities of a good team player.

• Adaptable to changes and able to accept new activities/projects as necessary

SAP GL Exposure

The candidate must have completed 1 year in the current role.
