Collecting, understanding, and transmitting the business requirements for the project, and translating these into Business blueprints , system design, functional specifications and system configuration
Testing of solution & Conducting end user training
Take initiative to explore new offerings by SAP in the CRM space

Required Skills CRM Skills include WebUI, Base Customizing, Customer Interaction Center, Master Data, CRM Service, ISU specific CRM processes
Must know how to run CRM business processes on WebUI
Understanding configuration of CRM Middleware
Understanding of how to enhance standard CRM functionalities using CRM BadIs
Understands Utility Industry Business Process Flows and its corresponding mapping to SAP CRM and SAP ISU
Creation of Business Blueprint, Functional Specification
Understanding of ASAP methodology
Excellent Communication Skills in English
Ability to function independently and effectively in a self-directed environment
Highly organized, detail-oriented, a strong work ethic, and demonstrated teamwork skills
