Understanding of Functional scenario - Self Service Procurement, Catalog Management.
SRM Org Structure Management
User Management in SRM
Master Data changes, Account assignment Settings
System Monitoring Activities ( jobs, IDOC, RFC etc )
Workflow monitoring, resolving workflow errors, knowledge on BRF
Confirmation Process
Catalog Management Process
Master Data Replication from SAP ( Vendor, Material, Material Group etc)
End to end process of Procurement to pay cycle.
Incidents:
Shopping cart errors
Workflow errors
Catalog errors etc
Error in transfer , Backend errors etc
