Bachelors and/or a Masters degree with concentration in Accounting is required. Chartered Accountant and/or Cost Accountant is preferredFunctional professional with at least 4+ full lifecycle SAP R/3 implementation and 5+ years of industry or consulting experience
Mandatory SAP FICO skills : AR, AP, GL, SPL, New GL, AM, PCA, CCA, and PS.
Nice to have : Financial Supply Chain Management (Collection, Deductions and Cash Application), CO-PA and Product Costing
Experience in Project Management and BW is preferred
Adept at designing and implementing technology-enabled business solutions as part of a high-talent team
A resource in defining systems strategy, developing systems requirements, designing and prototyping, testing, training, defining support procedures, and implementing practical business solutions under multiple deadlines
Strong experience in business processes and best practices in Finance and Costing areas, period-end close processes and SAP FICO integration with Material Management, Production, Sales and Distribution
Able to collaborate with business and have a strong desire to excel
Strong configuration and design skills
Strong communication skills both verbal and written including presentation skills

Conduct business process analysis, needs assessments, and preliminary cost/benefit analysis in an effort to align information technology solutions with business initiatives
Work directly with business, vendors and cross IT teams with minimal supervision to implement all phases of project or on demand requests
Prioritize requests and works with IT Delivery group for planning and scheduling of IT resources
Learn and work on systems interfaced with SAP such as GetPaid
Under minimal supervision formulate and define system scope and objectives to develop or modify information systems. Prepare detailed specifications from which programs will be written. Competent to work on most phases of application system analysis and design activities. Prepare charts and diagrams to support problem and/or design solution documentation.
