Active participation in internal implementations, various mini & major projects
Responsible for day to day end user support for FICO & BPC (consolidation)
Adhere to process guidelines issued from time to time
Responsibilities
Solving L3 & L4 support/enhancement tickets,
Handling in-house mini and major projects independently
Month End/Quarter End and Year End closing support to business users (India, US etc)
Preparing functional specification/ change request for ABAP developments/ modifications
Suggesting process improvements
Preparing required documentation for internal implementation
Training the user/team on the processes/functionality
