Designation:SAP HR Time/Shift Planning – Top Infrastructure Company - Mumbai
Job Description
• SAP HR Time/Shift Planning Configuration & handling issues in areas of Time & integration with other modules.
• Create Business Blueprint documents as per SAP implementation methodology
Creation of Functional Specification documents & assisting ABAP developers in creation of test data.
• Coordinate with SAP team members of SAP HR & other teams & ensure proper integration
• Carrying out User Acceptance Testing in Quality environment & Training end users.
• Design of BI MIS reports in areas of HR & liaison with ABAP team for validation of the same.
• Ensure smooth implementation & as required by organization & process owners.
• Reporting of progress to process owners from time to time.
• After Go-live , Provide Support for users of SAP & allied applications all across organization
• Explore various features & functionalities in SAP for implementation & make a business case for the same.
Desired Profile
Candidate Profile
• MBA/BE /MCA with 3 years in Sap HR.
• Should have 1 full life cycle SAP HR Time/Shift Planning implementation experience or 3 years of PM support project experience
• Should have working Knowledge of SAP HR Time/Shift Planning module which includes configuration of Workschedules, PS/EG Groupings, Absences, Attendances, Time Types, Wage Types, Schema, Rules, Shift Configuration, Integration with Payroll, etc.
• Familiar to SAP implementation methodology.
• Should have excellent communication & presentation skills Possess significant knowledge of SAP system architectures.
• Knowledge of conventional & OO ABAP programming tools including Report & Transaction creation, Enhancements, Conversion Programs, Smart Forms.
• Good team player, self-motivated, good communication skills, strong analytical skills & technical trouble-shooting skills & able to work under pressure & tight schedule.
• A team player who is also able to work independently on problems & issues.
