Job Description:

Job Summary:

Perform preventive and corrective breakdown maintenance (electrical) of all process machines in a safe manner and procedure.

Primary Duties & Responsibilities:

1. Execution of planned preventive maintenance tasks.

2. Faultfinding and trouble shooting of any fault and take corrective time period.

3. Ensure that all the tasks are completed within the stipulated time period.

4. All activities are carried out within the defined safety and quality standers.

5. Document all the action taken against notification in SAP system.

6. To ensure compliance of quality procedure by meeting site targets for continuous improvement, within his department.

7. Full understanding of equipment manuals and spare parts specification.

8. Assist in training and development of new technician.

9. To ensure full implementation of safety system and safe practices of work and continually practices this with his department team.

Education:

2 years ITI course in electrical engineer in a recognized institute and five years experience in bakery / food industries in a similar position.

Three years full time diploma in electrical engineer in a recognized university or institute.

Experience:

2 years experience in a similar role in a large process industries.

A good knowledge experience with various PLC types.

Experience in ovens, mixers and packaging equipment.
