Project Controller Required @ AREVA

Designation: Project Controller - 1 Opening(s) Job Description: JOB PURPOSE Under the authority of Unit Financial Controller of local Unit ,the Project Controller ensures within the project team the administrative and financial follow-up of the project , from the signature of the contract till contract closure . The Project Controller supports the Project Manager in budget follow-up, in the respect of AREVA rules and procedures. The Project Controller produces consistent and reliable figures and datas , so to be able to deliver , in real time , an accurate picture (actual and forecast) of the financial situation of the project to the Unit and Business Management . MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES • To establish and transmit down payment invoices to the customer, in compliance with the contract , and to manage the internal administrative part of the project (OTP opening , Tender Budget , Order Budget ,..) to officialise and allow the start of the project (at commencement date).To ensure , with Commercial and finance Dept , that the Bank guarantees are issued , and correct implementation of payments instruments (Letter of credit ,¡K) , and to produce the follow-up during project execution .• To ensure , for each project , in collaboration with Finance T& D Dept, the issuance of bank guarantees, the hedging coverage , forward sellings , to secure the execution of the project• Establish the forecasts of the projects budgets from input datas given by the Project Manager, to ensure the expenses follow-up , and to proceed , in accordance with Project manager guidance , with adjustments and deviations analysis , to have a precise and exact view of financial situation• To establish the invoicing tables for customer , foresee the amounts and the dates of invoicing with milestones in collaboration with Finance Dept ,establish and transmit to customers (directly or by delegation to local offices)all project invoices , to prepare and ensure the follow-up of payments and transfers (if relevant) , to pay internal subcontractors with information , so to optimize the treasury . Desired Profile PROFILE EXPECTED • C.A/ ICWA/ M.Com• 2 -5 years of working experience is preferable.• SAP Knowledge is essential.• Good inter-personal & communication skills.
