Responsible for supporting the Oracle Business Intellignece and SAP Business One. And ensuring their performance, availability and security.
Duties and Responsibilities
Responsible for ensuring availability and performance of the databases that support the system.
To proactively monitor the applications to ensure secure services with minimum downtime.
Responsible for problem escalation to Oracle BI and SAP Business One support teams and third parties as appropriate.
Responsible for enhancements as requested by users or Syrma management.
