Good knowledge in onsite-offshore model. Willing to travel for long and short travels Willing to align work in conjunction with US and Canada timings Strong organizational and planning skills and ability to work in a self-directed mode to accomplish tasks on time and with a high degree of quality Strong analytical skills as well as attention to detail to ensure that all tasks and projects are completed with exceptional quality Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to communicate effectively with both non-technical business users and technical IT developers.
