SQA/ SEPG/ Quality Engineer Required at SAP India

Experience: • Industry experience of 1-4 years with a large Organization/MNC; preferably in a service based IT company • Experience in Quality Assurance related tasks (adherence to quality processes, guidelines, tools, testing, reporting) • Experience in Risk Management/Risk Assessment preferred • Test organization, support and execution • SAP quality processes and methodology knowledge is preferred • Knowledge/implementation experience of ISO or CMM preferred • CSQA certification preferred. Six Sigma/Lean green/black belt preferred Key Tasks & Responsibilities • Create quality plan and present to / review with stakeholders • Plan & conduct reviews, lessons learned sessions and tracking of action items • Ensure compliance of project execution and deliverables with methodology and guidelines • Support project manager with execution of Change and Defect Management • Assessment of production readiness • Definition, monitoring and reporting of quality KPI's • Risk management for projects along with the project manager • Escalate issues well in advance and suggest alternative approaches. • Be jointly responsible for ensuring the quality along with the project team. Qualification • B.Tech/M.Tech/MCA with an aggregate score of 65% or above from IITs/RECs/any Premium Institute. Must • Excellent team player; organized and focuses on deliverables. • Excellent communication skills presentation/facilitation, verbal communication, writing & listening. • Fast learner and Self starter.
