Designation: Stores Officer - Corporate Supply Chain - 1 Opening(s)
Job Description
- Receipt of all chemicals, consumables, raw and packaging material from suppliers.
- Stock taking and maintaining the same in Tally.
- Maintaining inward register, preparing GRN in SAP.
- Coordinating with purchase.
- To maintain monthly stock statement.
- Monitoring PLA deposition, sending requests to A/c department for cheques.
- Knowledge of stores and excise activities.
- To create excise invoice.
- Monthly reconciliation of stocks.
- To provide yearly stock and excise reconciliation report to accounts.
Desired Profile
- Candidate must be a graduate and excellent in SAP.
- Candidate must have experience of stores and Excise in Pharma company.
- Candidate with knowledge of Tally are desirable.
- Candidate with Post graduate diploma in Materials Management are desirable.
Experience: 2 - 5 Years
