Role description
Provide Support for users of SAP in the PPPI & QM modules well within the agreed Service Level Agreements and by adhering to SAP Support Process. • Audit master data; provide feedback and suggest improvements from time to time. • Interact with SAP users on a daily basis for resolution of system problems and improvements. • Test the changes / corrections made by configuration & customizing - thoroughly and exhaustively before offering for User Testing.• Prepare FS documents for any ABAP development before asking ABAP team to proceed with.• Study end to end processes where PPPI & QM transactions are integrated. Understand User pain areas. Identify non-value added activities. Identify improvement in processes either by latest or alternative SAP functionalities or otherwise. • Check how ABAP developments can be reduced by bringing in more and more standard SAP functionalities. • Keep check on SAP roles and authorizations and identify improvement areas. • Conduct PPPI & QM training for users validates content and ensures training delivery• Update an online SAP training solution • Update functional User manuals• Explore various features and functionalities in SAP PPPI & QM module for implementation and make a business case for the same• Conduct awareness sessions on the new features / new modules in SAP PPPI & QM module for key users
