Role description
Candidate has to interact with the client, discuss conceptually and understand and implement their requirements Candidate should handle Development / Support and Implementation projects besides Provide support, troubleshooting, error resolution and business processes support & integration of FICO with other modules. Resolve issues for support on SAP solution understanding business impact of issue, analysis of possible solutions and implementation of the same. Cooperate with key users with regard to problem resolution and implementation of configuration changes and enhancements to meet business requirements. Ensure knowledge transfer is conducted within the team, organization and the business Work independently and take responsibility with accountability, besides leading the team.
