• Provide SAP Functional expertise in the respective Functional area • Analyze business requirements, map to SAP functionalities, develop solution alternatives, configure prototype scenarios, demonstrate and validate with Customer, and document the Blueprint. • Complete the configuration including cross-functional co-ordination with other team members • Provide Functional specs to Technical team members for all types of developments and develop solutions to integration issues. • Develop Test scripts, conduct Unit testing and Integration testing of the configured scenarios • Develop User Training manuals • Train the users to use the application appropriately • Support the users – Understand, Analyze, provide solutions, apply corrections, and document solution to all problems raised by users • Update knowledge and conduct training sessions for the Team • Mentor junior consultants in consulting, business and soft skills.
